I am privileged as a practicing clinical psychologist to have access to a wealth of knowledge from experts in our field, who have dedicated their lives to identifying proven pathways to help us all feel better, and just as importantly, to make change last. And the best news is, change doesn’t have to be as hard as it may seem… in fact, it can feel like relief!

I am passionate about helping people at intersections of change. As a licensed clinical psychologist, I provide evaluations and psychotherapy as part of the Indiana University School of Medicine’s Division of Digestive and Liver Disorders, where I serve as an Assistant Professor of Medicine, as well as through Indiana University Health, where I serve as the Medical Director for Behavioral Health at IU Health North Hospital/Indiana North Central Region.

I am honored to provide community education and forensic consultation upon request. Regular topics of focus include chronic pain, coping with mental illness, trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges including workplace stress coping and burnout prevention, and executive coaching for individuals and organizations looking to make change last.
